It was revealed by ‘Abdu’l-Baha on Monday morning, March
27th 1916, in the garden adjacent to the Shrine of Bahá'u'lláh, addressed to
the Bahá'ís of sixteen Southern States of the United States: Delaware,
Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia,
Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Arkansas
Oklahoma, and Texas.
